TAT2 Spirits 51% Corn-hole Tournament

Top Prize is $1000 at The first annual TAT2 Spirits 51% Cornhole Tournament taking place all summer long at your local liquor stores. Keep an eye out for dates and locations below.  One can register by visiting the corresponding liquor store.  Must be 21 to enter.

RULES: Qualifying Rounds

A. Each player gets 8 bags of various point values.
B. The player may choose which order to pitch the bags.
C. Each bag is pitched only once and in an underhand motion.
D. The player stands behind the mark, 27 feet from the front of the cornhole board. Pitch is disqualified if player steps on or over the line.
E. Player has 5 minutes to pitch all bags.
F.  Only bags that have gone completely through the hole in the cornhole board are scoring pitches.
G. Pitched bags remain where they land until all bags are pitched.  Bags which are knocked through the hole by other pitched bags count as scoring pitches.
H. Score is tallied at the end of all throws according to chart.
I.  At the conclusion of all qualifying rounds, tiebreakers will be activated for players on the bubble. On the bubble means those players who are in the top ten by score, but are tied with another player in the 11th position or greater.
J.   Each player is allowed one turn in a single qualifying round.  Order will be determined by time of arrival to round.
K.  Top 10 players after all qualifying rounds will qualify for the tournament championship.
L.  Scores from qualifying rounds do not carry over to tournament championship.
M. Interfering in any way with another player is grounds for disqualification. This includes deliberate noise or gestures, entering the playing area during another players turn, damaging or otherwise altering the playing equipment.
N. TAT2 Spirits reserves the right to disqualify any player for unsportsmanlike conduct.
O. Any disputes regarding the rules will be adjudicated by TAT2 Spirits at the time of play in a fair and impartial manner.  Arguing the rules after final decision is considered unsportsmanlike conduct.
P.  TAT2 Spirits reserves the right to reschedule any event due to inclement weather.

RULES: Tournament Championship

A. Same rules as Qualifying rounds.  Championship play occurs in two rounds.
B. Order of play will be determined by random draw.
C. Players who do not arrive at beginning of Championship play are disqualified.
D. Top three players by point total advance to final round.  Tiebreakers apply to those on the bubble (top 3 by score but tied with player in the 4th position or greater.
E. Scores do not carry over to final round.  Player with the highest score (with tiebreakers if necessary) is the winner.
